What is he thinking?
President Bush expressed support for the Plan B abortion pill at a press conference this morning. When asked about his choice for FDA commissioner Andrew von Eschenbach and how he feels about Plan B in general, President Bush replied, “I believe that Plan B ought to be — ought to require a prescription for minors, is what I believe. And I support Andy’s decision.”
Ok, so it is alright to use this pill to abort your baby as long as you have a prescription??
The President’s statement this morning are inconsistent with his recent veto of extending taxpayer funding for embryonic stem cell research. Hopefully the president will realize that whether you call it stem cell research, Plan B or any other stealth term for abortion, it is the same end result for the unborn baby.
